CAPITAL MARKET RUN 2025 is a running event that brings together healthy living and financial awareness. It encourages participants to stay active while also learning about the importance of early financial planning and capital market investment. CAPITAL MARKET RUN 2025 will be held on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at Plaza Timur, Gelora Bung Karno (GBK).

Registration opens on September 11, 2025.

Capital Market Run 2025 is available for :
5K Category :

• Open to Indonesian Citizens (WNI) aged 13 years and above (Race).
• 5K Master A: Open to Indonesian Citizens aged 40–49 years (Race).
• 5K Master B: Open to Indonesian Citizens aged 50 years and above (Race).

10K Category :

• Open to Indonesian Citizens (WNI) aged 17 years and above (Race).
• 10K Master A: Open to Indonesian Citizens aged 40–49 years (Race).
• 10K Master B: Open to Indonesian Citizens aged 50 years and above (Race).

Participants may register for one of the following categories :

• 5K (Umum)
• 5K Master A (40 - 49)
• 5K Master B (50+)
• 10K (Umum)
• 10K Master A (40 - 49)
• 10K Master B (50+)

Podium prizes are available for winners in both the 5K and 10K categories, exclusively for Indonesian Citizens (WNI).

Race Pack collection is available exclusively for registered participants in the 5K and 10K categories.
Race Pack can be collected at :

• Dates: Friday & Saturday, November 28–29, 2025
• Time: November 28 (10:00–20:00 WIB) & November 29 (10:00–18:00 WIB)
• Location: To be announced

Race Pack can only be collected during the designated collection period. Participants who do not collect their Race Pack within the given schedule will be considered as withdrawing from the event, and the registration fee paid will be non-refundable.

Attendance during Race Pack collection is mandatory. However, participants who are unable to attend may authorize a representative by providing a signed authorization letter with a duty stamp. The authorization letter can be downloaded here.

The event will begin at 05:30 WIB and continue until finish.

A Bag Drop service will be available at the event venue for participants with a valid BIB, under the following conditions:

• Participants are encouraged to come early if they want to use the Bag Drop to avoid long lines.
• Bag Drop is open from 05:00 to 09:00 WIB.
• Please bring and store only essential items.
• Do not leave valuable items.
• To drop off or pick up items, participants must show their BIB and fill out the Bag Drop form.
• The organizer is not responsible for any lost items if they are not collected on time.

Participants may use the available toilets at the event venue as changing facilities.

• Participants are strictly prohibited from carrying sharp objects or anything that could cause harm to themselves or others.
• Participants with specific medical conditions are required to bring their personal medication.

Parking will be available within the Gelora Bung Karno area.

Water stations will be available at every 2.5 km point, and ambulances will be stationed at every 5 km point.

Participants are strictly prohibited from taking shortcuts to reach the finish line. Any risks or consequences resulting from such actions will be the sole responsibility of the participant.

1. Participants must be Indonesian Citizens (WNI).
2. Age requirements per category:
   • 5K: minimum age 13 years old (Race).
   • 5K Master A: age 40–49 years old (Race).
   • 5K Master B: age 50 years old and above (Race).
   • 10K Open: minimum age 17 years old (Race).
   • 10K Master A: age 40–49 years old (Race).
   • 10K Master B: age 50 years old and above (Race).
3. Age eligibility will be verified on Race Day.

1. General Terms
   • Registration opens on September 11 (while tickets are still available).
   • Registration can be accessed through the official ticketing partner, Sporticx.com.
   • Participants must complete the registration form with accurate information as stated on their official ID (KTP/Driver’s License). The use of initials or nicknames is not allowed.
   • The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants and forfeit the registration fee if false information is provided.
   • Registration details such as name, race category, gender, and t-shirt size cannot be changed once registration is completed.
   • Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
   • Participants must complete payment according to their selected category fee until the payment status shows “settled” and a confirmation email is received (please check spam/junk/promotions folder if not found).
   • If the payment process is interrupted or closed accidentally, participants may repeat the registration process until it is successful.
   • Each participant may only register for one category.
   • The Organizer reserves the right to close or extend the registration period without prior notice if the participant quota is considered full.
   • By registering, participants are deemed to have agreed to all rules and regulations set by the Organizer.

1. Race Pack can be collected by each participant or their representative on:

2. Participants must wear proper attire (shirt/jersey/costume) that is respectful and free from any political or discriminatory elements (SARA & Politics).
3. Race Pack collection must be done only at the designated time and location.
4. Attendance for Race Pack collection is mandatory. Participants who fail to collect within the schedule will lose their entry.
5. Race Pack collection may be delegated to a representative by providing an official signed authorization letter with a duty stamp, along with the original ID card of both the participant and the representative.

7. One authorization letter may represent up to 3 participants.
8. Each participant will receive a Race Pack containing: Jersey, Tote Bag, BIB, Soft Flask, and Sponsor Products.

1. General Rules
   • All rules follow the International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) and Persatuan Atletik Seluruh Indonesia (PASI).
   • Participants must follow all health and safety protocols during the event and comply with instructions from the Organizer.
   • The Organizer may change the event time, location, or make adjustments if necessary.
   • Cut Off Time for Each Category:
     • 5K: 1 hour
     • 10K: 2 hours
   • The Organizer may use participants’ photos or videos from the event without time limitation.
   • The Organizer provides only first aid (P3K) and transport to the nearest hospital in case of injury during the race.
   • Participants are responsible for any further medical treatment if needed.
   • Participants acknowledge and accept the risks of injury or other hazards during the race and agree not to hold the Organizer liable for injuries, disability, or death.
   • Participants are advised to do a medical check-up before the event.
   • Participants with a history or indication of heart disease must consult a cardiologist and submit a health clearance to the Organizer.
   • Participants are responsible for their own safety during the event.
   • Animals, bicycles, inline skates, baby strollers, roller shoes, or any wheeled devices are not allowed on the race route.
   • Participants must maintain sportsmanship and not harm other participants.
   • Participants must follow the designated race route.
   • Winners are determined by the best time within their category, wearing the correct race bib, and without cheating.
   • Participants finishing outside the rules will be disqualified and not eligible for medals or prizes.
   • Starting the race before the official start will result in disqualification.
   • Participants not following any other rules set by the Organizer will be disqualified.
2. Jersey & BIB Rules
   • Participants are advised to wear the jersey provided by the Organizer.
   • The BIB number is the participant’s race number and must be worn on the front of the shirt, clearly visible.
   • Do not bend, tear, or damage the BIB or its chip, as this may result in loss of personal race results.
   • Registration and BIB numbers are non-transferable and cannot be sold to others.
   • Selling or transferring a BIB to another person will result in disqualification and/or ban from future events. If proven, the Organizer reserves the right to report to authorities.

1. All finishers in the 5K and 10K categories are entitled to receive a finisher medal.
2. Podium prizes are awarded to winners in the 5K and 10K categories. The 5K Chief category is not eligible for podium prizes and will receive a plaque instead.
3. Podium prizes are only for Indonesian Citizens (WNI).
4. The judges’ decisions in determining winners are final and binding.
5. In case of disputes, participants may protest verbally first, followed by a written protest before the official announcement of winners.
6. The written protest must include supporting evidence and be signed with a duty stamp. A protest fee of IDR 500,000 applies.
7. If the judges’ original decision is proven correct, the protest fee is non-refundable.

9. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, change, or replace any prizes at any time, with or without prior notice to participants.
10. Prizes must be claimed within the timeframe set by the Organizer and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. Prize collection is non-transferable and participants must show original identification matching their registration data.
12. Prize taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

1. Bag Drop Rules
   • The Organizer provides bag drop service from 05:00 to 09:00 WIB.
   • Participants are not allowed to leave valuables at the bag drop.
   • To deposit or collect items, participants must show their BIB to the staff and complete the provided bag drop form.
   • Lost BIBs are not the responsibility of the Organizer.
   • Participants acknowledge and agree that the Organizer is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, damaged, or stolen during the event.
