1. Participants must be Indonesian citizens.
2. Category requirements:
   • The 5K category is open to participants who are at least 13 years old on the event date, are in good physical condition, and are able to complete the race.
   • The 10K category is open to participants who are at least 17 years old on the event date and must have a valid Indonesian identity card.
3. Age will be verified on race day.
4. Participants understand and agree to the registration process and the opening of a Customer Fund Account (RDN). Participants who already have an RDN agree to top up.
5. The initial registration amount of Rp50,000 will be fully transferred as the RDN balance.
6. Participants guarantee that all submitted information is correct, accurate, and valid for RDN activation.

1. Registration is conducted in several stages:
   • Early bird: 22 September 2026 at 14:00 WIB.
   • Regular price: 7 October 2026.
2. Registration is conducted through the official ticketing partner, Sporticx.
3. Participants must enter their details according to their official identity document (KTP/SIM), without using initials.
4. The organizer may disqualify participants and declare the registration fee forfeited if the submitted information is incorrect.
5. The name, category, gender, and shirt size cannot be changed after registration is completed.
6. Payment must be completed until it reaches settlement status. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address; check the spam/junk/promotions folder if you do not receive it.
7. If the payment process is interrupted or the pop-up is closed, participants may repeat the registration process.
8. One email address may only be used to register for one category.
9. The organizer may close or extend registration without prior notice once the quota has been reached.
10. By registering, participants are deemed to have agreed to all organizer rules.

1. The Race Pack may be collected by the participant or an authorized representative on 27–28 November 2026, from 10:00–20:00 WIB, at Wisma Serbaguna, Gelora Bung Karno.
2. Participants must wear the organizer’s jersey/shirt/costume in a respectful manner and it must not contain SARA or political elements.
3. Collection may only take place at the designated time and location.
4. Attendance at Race Pack collection is mandatory. Participants who do not attend will be considered disqualified and their participation forfeited.
5. Collection may be delegated to a representative with a power of attorney signed by the participant, the participant’s original identity document, and the representative’s original identity document.

7. One power of attorney may be used to represent a maximum of five participants.
8. The Race Pack contains a jersey, BIB, portable fan, and sponsor products.

General Rules

1. The rules refer to the regulations of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) and the Indonesian Athletics Association (PASI).
2. Participants must comply with the organizer’s rules, instructions, and guidelines.
3. The organizer may change the event schedule, location, or technical arrangements.
4. Cut-Off Time: 5K 1 hour 15 minutes; 10K 2 hours.
5. Participants grant the organizer permission to use photos/videos of their participation without time limitation.
6. Participants agree to receive communications about this event, future events, promotions, and offers. Promotional communications may be stopped through the available mechanism.
7. The committee only provides first aid and transportation to the nearest hospital. Further treatment is the participant’s responsibility.
8. Participants understand all risks, including injury, disability, death, loss of belongings, weather, facility conditions, negligence, and force majeure.
9. Participants are advised to undergo a health check and consult a doctor. Participants with a history or indication of heart disease must consult a cardiologist and report the results to the organizer.
10. The organizer is not responsible for costs or losses arising from risks, delays/non-attendance, pre-existing conditions, or force majeure.
11. Force majeure includes war, strikes, fire, accidents, riots, sabotage, epidemics/pandemics, activity restrictions, natural disasters, changes in government policy, embargoes, legal reasons, and other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
12. The organizer may cancel or reschedule the event due to force majeure. The registration fee cannot be refunded for any reason.
13. Safety during the event is each participant’s responsibility.
14. Animals, bicycles, inline skates, baby strollers, wheeled shoes, and other wheeled aids are prohibited on the route.
15. Participants must demonstrate sportsmanship and follow the official route.
16. The winner is the participant with the best time in their category, using the BIB assigned to their registration details and without committing any fraud.

Jersey & BIB

1. Participants are advised to wear the organizer’s jersey.
2. The BIB must be attached to the front of the clothing and clearly visible.
3. Bending, tearing, or damaging the BIB/chip in a way that may invalidate the personal result is prohibited.
4. Registration and BIBs cannot be transferred or resold.
5. Selling or transferring a BIB may result in disqualification, a ban from future events, and reporting to the authorities.

1. False information will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the registration fee.
2. Starting the race outside the official time or route will result in disqualification and loss of entitlement to a finisher medal.
3. Participants who finish after the COT are not entitled to a finisher medal.
4. Using another person’s BIB or a counterfeit BIB will result in disqualification.
5. Participants who violate the rules will be disqualified and will not be entitled to a medal or prize.

1. 5K and 10K finishers who finish before the COT are entitled to receive a medal.
2. Participants who finish after the COT are not entitled to receive a medal.
3. Podium prizes are available for the 5K and 10K categories and are exclusively for Indonesian citizens.
4. Winners must attend in person and wear the official jersey during the prize ceremony. The judges’ decision is final.
5. A protest must first be submitted verbally and then in writing before the winner announcement, accompanied by evidence, a stamped signature, and a protest fee of Rp500,000. If the judges’ decision is upheld, the protest fee is forfeited.

7. The organizer may change or replace prizes. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
8. Prizes must be collected in person by showing an original identity document matching the registration details.
9. Prize taxes are the winner’s responsibility.
